Here you seem to imply the conditioning is the cause of PTSD. Is there evidence for people who go through the conditioning, but don't get deployed still suffering from PTSD?

I'd think the conditioning actually helps lower PTSD but... I wouldn't be surprised if it were the opposite. Seems hard to test?
