Here's one that I do and want to see more of on my work and others.

Give constructive feedback. The braise is nice and I'm not looking for destructive or negative BUT as good as it is compared to the base line, my work isn't perfect. You don't love everything I write.

Let me know what you'd like to see me differently in the next piece. Give suggestions of topics you'd like me to explore.

I want more actual conversations in the mix of platitudes.

And! Admittedly my pieces have gotten it. It doesn't happen often because it takes guts, and it's a lot more work analyzing / articulating / braving

But as a writer! Boy it's what gets me growing.

I want to make great art, for my readers.
