I put ads in my creative non fiction here on Medium.

Click on my stories to see me in action and give me tips.

Sometimes I do it in the middle of the text. Usually after a small break at the end with an explicit cta.

So I'm interested in everything you are saying. However!

The examples you use confound me. They seem like they offer 0 conversions. While that boy hugging that dad is awesome and touching even if it's actors... And I came to talk about it... What was it trying to get me to do?

Was it HBSC a bank? A mortgage company. It was red and yellowish? So wells Fargo? 5th 3rd?

I've already forgotten.

They seem like brand building rather than ads. They are almost propoganda pieces.

One of my things is... A lot of people have boiler plate at the end of their articles. I try to make my creative be different every time.

Not sure if that's good because maybe 1 way is higher converting?

But! The real lesson for me is... I need to create an actual set of image ads. To upload. And try to take on some of these tips.

Maybe better than what I'm doing. Or at least I think it would compliment.
