The headline is clickbait.

The fight wasn't worth it. Talking to a lawyer is not a war. You wrote a mean 'yelp' review and it was taken down.

Also, you don't name names. Or give any hint at what was bad about the company.

You say you don't trust hr. Then you're honest with them then you say you expect they will act in good faith.

Then you are shocked when they don't.

You started with no trust.

Also, review websites caving to a letter about getting sued sounds like bs. Glass door has lawyers and is going to win any lawsuit due to safe harbor laws.

I don't know if they told you that, but it feels like if they did, that's a cover for they thought your review was the fake one. Which sucks, because I'm sure the company is bad. And you should have freedom to tell your truth.

Hope your next job has competent hr and you love it.
