Will you/someone link me to your thoughts on Web 3.0

Is it simply that 3.0 is in actuality 2.0? Or do you hate that it's been co-opted by crypto scams?

Likewise, I found this rousing. But what is my concrete next step? Do I need to engage in blue sky more often? Is writing on Medium the correct move? Is there any small act that's helpful or give money to the EFF the only action for me to take?
