You have the experience and curriculum. You have an avenue of writing on Medium to gain clients.

I highly recommend creating a 4-8 week Zoom course.

Just test it out to see. People all over want to learn what you can teach. They don't want to go through the hoops of going back to college. They just want specific classes, without hassle.

And you'll be able to undercut like crazy. I've taught a number of cohort based classes via zoom. If you want to just brainstorm, feel free.

I've taken a ton. They are fun to do.
